Pressure washing & home repair in Dacula

Dacula sits at the eastern edge of Gwinnett, where the county starts giving way to open land. Lots are generally larger than in the county core, and more properties carry fencing than in the tighter subdivisions further west.

Fence posts in Georgia fail at ground level, where wet red clay meets open air. Everything above can look perfectly sound while the post holding it up has gone soft, which is why a leaning run is a different job from a broken one — pickets unfasten and replace, a rotted post has to come out and be reset in concrete.

For a leaning fence, photograph the base of the posts rather than the fence line. Whether the posts have rotted at ground level decides everything — pickets and rails are straightforward replacements, a rotted post means digging, concrete and cure time. The fence-line photo looks dramatic and says almost nothing.
