Pressure washing & home repair in Roswell

Roswell is north Fulton, west of Alpharetta, and carries one of the older housing stocks in the north metro alongside its historic district.

Older paint is the issue here more than dirt. Exterior paint fails from the south and west elevations first, because UV is what breaks it down — it is entirely normal for those sides to be chalking while the north side still looks acceptable. Painting over paint that is already letting go fails with it, which is why the scraping and priming nobody photographs is what determines how long the result lasts.

On older paint the useful photograph is a close one. Whether the existing coat is chalking, cracking or lifting decides how much scraping and priming the job needs, and that is most of the cost. A wide shot shows the colour; a close shot of a failing edge shows the work.

Most asked for here: exterior painting. Every service below is available in Roswell.
